With all the craziness of raising kids, carpooling to dance or sports practice, making meals, and working, I know you don’t have a lot of free time to fit in fitness. You might be wondering, “Can I really do this?”

Yes, you can, and I am here to help!

Whether you are a total beginner, or a former fitness enthusiast who needs help finding the motivation and time to get back to it, or you just need a new FIERCE plan to guide you, I am here to help you live that fit lifestyle as a busy mom.

My name is Valerie Solomon,

and I have been right where you are. As a busy mom of four boys, I know how difficult it can be to find the time to workout. But, I also know that when I take the time to strengthen my body, it has a positive impact on my daily life as a mom.

The reality is, if you don’t make time for yourself, you won’t have as much of you to give to those depending on you. You don’t have to think of it as taking time away from your family, think of it as giving back to them with a more energetic, vibrant, and healthy you.

I like to say that in living a fit lifestyle, I am actually giving a gift to my kids: teaching them the importance of fitness, and helping them make good and healthy choices. I even work out with my oldest sons, which can be a great way to stay connected as a family.
